PopoCarry는 구매자(쇼퍼)와 여행자(트래블러)를 연결하는 P2P 핸드캐리 플랫폼입니다. 본 약관은 서비스 이용 조건, 에스크로 대금 보관, 수수료, 금지품목, 분쟁 처리 절차를 정합니다.
- 결제 대금은 구매자가 PIN으로 수령을 확인할 때까지 에스크로에 보관됩니다.
- 여행자는 정품 구매와 공식 영수증 등록 의무를 부담합니다.
- 현금, 도난품, 무기, 마약, 동식물 및 통관 금지품은 취급하지 않습니다.
- 분쟁 발생 시 플랫폼은 증빙 확인 후 정산을 보류하거나 환불을 진행할 수 있습니다.
- 플랫폼 수수료는 표시된 요율(현재 8%)을 따릅니다.

PopoCarry is a peer-to-peer hand-carry platform connecting shoppers and travelers. These terms cover service use, escrow custody, fees, prohibited items, and dispute handling.
- Funds are held in escrow until the shopper confirms delivery with a PIN.
- Travelers must purchase genuine items and upload official receipts.
- Cash, stolen goods, weapons, drugs, wildlife, and customs-prohibited items are not allowed.
- In a dispute, the platform may hold settlement or refund after reviewing evidence.
- Platform fees follow the displayed rate (currently 8%).
